Ingredients/Components
- water
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- can kidney beans - 16 oz
- stewed tomatoes - 16 oz
- envelope taco seasoning mix - 1/2 item
- small avocado, chopped - 1 item
How to make taco beef soup:
In a large pan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat, add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
