Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 6 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- beer - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- chopped hot red pepper - 1 item
How to make taco beef dip:
Brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning. Stir in water, beer, tomato paste and hot pepper. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in grated Cheddar. Bake at 325° for 5 to 10 minutes. Freezes well. Reheat in oven or microwave. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Main dish.
