Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- tomato paste - 6 Tbsp
- tortilla chips - 3 4
- beer - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- extra lean ground beef - 1 lb
How to make taco beef dip:
Brown beef; break into bits. Drain off fat. Add taco seasoning. Stir in water, beer and tomato paste. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Add grated cheese. Bake in a 325° oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm, using tortilla chips for dipping.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Main dish.
