Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- sweet potatoes, baked and mashed - 3 c
- or 3 eggs - 2 item
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, 1 stick butter, and vanilla and pour into buttered casserole. Mix pecans, flour, brown sugar, and 1 stick melted butter; spread on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
