Hot potato casserole



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- condensed cream of celery soup - 1 can
- large potatoes, boiled in jackets and peeled - 5 item
- scallions, sliced - 4 item
How to make hot potato casserole:
Shred cooked potatoes. Add sliced scallions. In separate mixing bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk; mix well with wire whisk. Stir into potatoes and onions. Fold in Cheddar cheese; add salt and pepper to taste. Heat in 350° oven for 40 minutesRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
