Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion medium - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix - 1 c
- can cream stype corn - 1 item
- egg beaten - 1 item
- grated American cheese - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Pour 1/2 mixture into 9-inch square casserole dish. Put a layer of cheese. Add the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
