all-purpose flour - 3 c
sugar - 2 c
soda - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
oil
can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
vanilla
eggs - 3 item
diced bananas I mash my bananas - 2 c
chopped nuts optional - 1 item

How to make banana pineapple cake:

Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix, then add oil, pineapple, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Blend, don't beat. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350°.

Note: It only takes 1 hour and 5 minutes in my oven. Oven temperatures vary.
