  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • 10x sugar
  • crushed pineapple - 1 (20
  • Topping:1 stick butter

How to make swedish nut cake:

Topping:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 3/4 c. 10x sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. vanilla Mix first 6 ingredients well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.

Topping: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Keep in refrigerator for days or freeze. I use a cookie sheet and make bars.
