Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• chopped nuts
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• cold water - 2 c
• chopped dates - 1 c
• baking powder
• Pour in 13 x 9 cake pan

How to make date pudding:

Cook and boil up (stirring a lot). Pour in 13 x 9 cake pan.Batter:1 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. butter2 tsp. cinnamon1 c. milk1 c. chopped dates1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 c. chopped nuts2 c. flour Mix as any other cake batter. Drop batter by spoonfuls on water mixture. Bake at 350° until done. Will be very moist. Serve with whipped cream.
