- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- additional chopped nuts - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple include juice - 1 oz
How to make swedish nut cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. powdered sugar additional chopped nuts Cake: Mix cake ingredients with a fork in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan until well blended. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.Frosting: Blend cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost cake while still warm. Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
