Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lbs
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- ketchup - 1 c
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix together meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, and seasonings. Form into balls. Brown in electric skillet. Remove meatballs and drain off all grease. Mix ketchup and jelly. Heat on low until jelly melts. Return meatballs to sauce and simmer until done.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
