Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- crackers, crumbled - 1/4 lb
- can pink salmon - 1 oz
How to make salmon croquettes:
Flake salmon and add eggs. Mix well. Add crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into balls the size of a tablespoon. Fry in oil in deep fat fryer until golden brown.My sister, Naomi's recipe.
