  • box hot roll mix - 1 item
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • each cheese Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby and Monterey Jack, combined - 1 c
  • can Pam spray - 1 item

How to make sausage bread:

Crumble and brown sausage; set aside. Mix hot roll mix as directed except don't let it rise. Take a piece of foil a little longer than a cookie sheet; spray the foil and your hands with Pam. Then knead the dough about 3 to 5 minutes. Then press the dough out about the size of a cookie sheet. Put crumbled sausage over dough, then crumble cheese over dough. Roll and wrap with foil and bake at 375° for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for 10 more minutes or until brown. Slice, serve and enjoy.
