Ingredients/Components
- beaten egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 4 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
How to make scotch eggs:
Peel eggs and divide sausage meat into 4 equal portions. Wrap sausage around each boiled egg. Roll in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked. May be eaten hot or cold. Slice in half to serRecipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Pork.
