Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup
- ground beef - 3 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- can evaporated milk - 12 oz
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- oats - 1 c
How to make meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. ketchup1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. onion, chopped Mix well and shape into 2-inch balls. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over cooked meatballs.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
