Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • can evaporated milk - 12 oz
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • oats - 1 c

How to make meatballs:

Sauce:2 c. ketchup1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. onion, chopped Mix well and shape into 2-inch balls. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over cooked meatballs.
