Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small amount mayonnaise - 1 item
- can red Argo salmon - 1 item
- potatoes not mashed
- If dry, add juice from salmon
How to make salmon croquettes:
Bone salmon and mix all until smooth and creamy. If dry, add juice from salmon. Mold into small croquettes. Roll in sifted meal and drop in deep boiling fat. Fry few at a time until done. Serve with Tartar Sauce.Tartar Sauce: grated dill pickle grated onion small amount mayonnaise This was my mother's recipe and has been used by my family for years. Delicious.
