Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- hamburger meat - 3 lb
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- jar grape jelly - 3 lb
- dash of chilli powder - 1 item
- salt, garlic salt, pepper, oregano and cayenne pepper if desired - 1 item
- jars chilli sauce
How to make swedish meatballs:
Sauce:3 (10 oz.) jars chilli sauce3 lb. jar grape jelly Mix all ingredients and roll into small-size balls. Brown in skillet. Cook until slightly brown.To prepare sauce: Mix equal parts of chilli sauce and grape jelly. Heat slowly. Add meatballs. Keep hot until ready to serve. Makes a large crock-pot full.
