Cinnamon pecans
Ingredients/Components
- egg white - 1 item
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 lb
How to make cinnamon pecans:
Beat egg white. Add sugar and cinnamon. Pour over pecans. Layer pecans on cookie sheet (do not stack). Bake at 350° for 10 minutes only. Let set 30 to 50 seconds. Take metal spatula to knock loose.
