Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 1/4 lb
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • pinch of oregano - 1 item
  • can crabmeat - 1/2 oz
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • pinch of basil - 1 item
  • Marsala wine - 1/2 c
  • dash of olive oil - 1 item
  • large mushrooms, stems removed 24 - 1 lb

How to make stuffed mushroom caps:

Saute mushroom stems in butter. Combine mushroom stems with all the other ingredients, adding breadcrumbs until desired consistency. Stuff caps and bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes in a 400° oven. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
