Stuffed mushroom caps
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 lb
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- can crabmeat - 1/2 oz
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- pinch of basil - 1 item
- Marsala wine - 1/2 c
- dash of olive oil - 1 item
- large mushrooms, stems removed 24 - 1 lb
How to make stuffed mushroom caps:
Saute mushroom stems in butter. Combine mushroom stems with all the other ingredients, adding breadcrumbs until desired consistency. Stuff caps and bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes in a 400° oven. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Pork.
