Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- ground pork - 1 lb
- graham crackers, crushed - 2 c
- ground ham - 2 lb
- Sauce:1 1/2 cans cream of tomato soup
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 1/2 cans cream of tomato soup1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed1/2 c. vinegar1 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ham ball ingredients together; form into individual balls (serving size). Place in baking dish; top with sauce. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.Sauce: Mix all ingredients together.
