Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1 item
- large mushrooms - 1 lb
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms by wiping with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and save. Place about 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in shallow baking dish. Place mushrooms, hollow side up, in dish. Drizzle a bit of olive oil in each cap.In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and parsley. Fill mushroom caps with this mixture and drizzle more olive oil on top.
Slice stems in quarters and place in a heap in baking dish. Add remaining stuffing mixture and more olive oil. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
