Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 2 c
- boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 2 oz
- medium onions, chopped well - 2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients together. Make into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 40 balls. Can be frozen, then thawed and cooked.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
