Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- black olives, chopped - 1/2 c
- small tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- small jar taco sauce - 1 item
- to 3 chopped scallions - 2 item
- refried beans with chilies, onion and garlic - 1/2 c
How to make mexican dip:
Spread creamed cheese over bottom of flat dish. Layer remaining ingredients, except chips, over creamed cheese. Serve with tortilla chips at room temperature. Variation: Omit creamed cheese. Layer guacamole sauce over refried beans. Use all otheRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
