  • eggs - 5 item
  • oil - 1/4 1/2
  • Bisquick
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced optional - 1 item
  • onion, chopped or grated - 1 item
  • grated or diced zucchini - 4 5
  • cheese, grated Parmesan and/or Cheddar - 1 1
  • parsley, chopped preferably fresh - 2 Tbsp

How to make zucchini torte:

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients. Mix very well. Do not use mixer. Lightly oil 9 x 13-inch pan and pour in mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through. Cut in squares. Serve warm or cold.
