Zucchini torte
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- oil - 1/4 1/2
- Bisquick
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced optional - 1 item
- onion, chopped or grated - 1 item
- grated or diced zucchini - 4 5
- cheese, grated Parmesan and/or Cheddar - 1 1
- parsley, chopped preferably fresh - 2 Tbsp
How to make zucchini torte:
Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients. Mix very well. Do not use mixer. Lightly oil 9 x 13-inch pan and pour in mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through. Cut in squares. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Appetizers.
