Roasted red pepper spread



Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- drained capers - 2 tsp
- jars roasted red peppers - 2 oz
- medium clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped - 1 item
How to make roasted red pepper spread:
Drain and rinse roasted red peppers. Pat dry with paper towels. Put remaining six (6) ingredients in blender and whirl until capers and parsley are finely chopped. Add peppers. Pulse with on/off motion until peppers are coarsely chopped. Serve with crackers or Italian bread.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Appetizers, Spreads.
