Mock boursin au poivre



Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- chopped dried chives - 1 tsp
How to make mock boursin au poivre:
Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil, dill weed and chives. Pat into flat round shape. Roll on all sides with lemon pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use. Note: Make a few days ahead. I put mine into a small dish and cover well in refRecipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
