Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cucumbers, peeled - 4 item
How to make cucumbers in sour cream:
In a bowl, combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Slice cucumbers and marinate in vinegar mixture 2 to 3 hours. Drain. Gently mix cucumbers with sour cream.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
