Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- potato chips for topping - 1 item
- medium Cheddar cheese, shredded or diced - 8 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Put margarine and squash in pan (no water). Cook until almost tender (6 to 8 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in egg and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Crush potato chips. Put on top of squash mixture. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
