Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- squash - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Dice squash. Cook in boiling water until done. Drain. Add butter and mash. Add all other ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
