Zucchini squares

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• Bisquick - 1 c
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• green onions, sliced - 2 item
• oregano - 1/2 tsp
• thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
• Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
• season salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini squares:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares. May be used as appetizer or side dish.
