Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- small can water chestnuts - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender; drain and mash well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook 30 to 45 minutes at 375°. I usually use more squash and use 3/4 to 1 cup of other ingredients.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
