Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- steamed squash
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onions and bell pepper together in 1/2 stick of oleo. Take the other 1/2 stick oleo and melt in skillet. Crush Ritz crackers, put into melted oleo and stir well until oleo is on the crackers.
