Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- diced onion - 3/4 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- sliced cheese - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and diced - 1 item
- box dressing and seasoning - 1 item
How to make chicken and dressing casserole:
Cook onion and celery in oleo until tender. Add mayonnaise. Mix in a large bowl, then add broth, salt, eggs, milk and chicken. Stir together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, add soup. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Add cheese to top the last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
