Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- cooked yellow squash
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 Tbsp
- crushed cheese crackers, divided save 1/2 - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all together well. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes, covered. Mix the saved 1/2 of the cheese crackers with 4 ounces grated cheese. Pour over casserole and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
