Easy coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour
• brown sugar
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• melted butter - 1 Tbsp
• beaten egg - 1 item
• liquid shortening - 1/4 c

How to make easy coffee cake:

Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine wet ingredients and set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Mix both together. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean.
