Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs for topping - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Put in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
