  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 1
  • can French-style green beans, drained - 16 oz
  • stack Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item

How to make shoepeg corn casserole:

Mix first 7 ingredients and put in 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with crackers and pour butter over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
