Ingredients/Components
- buttered cracker crumbs - 1 item
- water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 c
- cream of shrimp soup - 1 c
- to 3 onions, diced - 2 item
- to 8 yellow squash, diced - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Over low heat, saute squash and onions until tender-crisp. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in shrimp soup and water chestnuts. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
