Ingredients/Components
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing - 1/2 pkg
- squash 1 qt
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in a little water and salt. Drain and mix with soup, onion and carrot. Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and put in all ingredients. Put 1/2 package of stuffing over top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
