Squash casserole

Ingredients/Components

• carton sour cream - 1 oz
• stick butter - 1 item
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• small jar pimento - 1 item
• Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor - 1 pkg
• squash, boiled - 2 lb

How to make squash casserole:

Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Mash squash in bowl and add all other ingredients. Line 1/2 of the stuffing into the casserole dish. Add squash mixture. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
