Squash casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• small onion, chopped - 1 item
• can mushroom soup - 1 item
• cooked summer squash - 2 c
• Pepperidge Farm stuffing herb crumbs - 1 pkg

How to make squash casserole:

Butter casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of stuffing mix in a dish. Mix rest of ingredients except butter and crumbs.

Put in casserole and cover top with remaining crumbs and butter. Cook at 300° for 30 minutes.
