Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked summer squash - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing herb crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Butter casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of stuffing mix in a dish. Mix rest of ingredients except butter and crumbs.Put in casserole and cover top with remaining crumbs and butter. Cook at 300° for 30 minutes.
