Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- stick Parkay margarine - 1 item
- squash, cooked - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream, soup and onion. Melt butter and combine with dressing mix. Put half of dressing mix in 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Pour on squash mixture and then add the rest of the dressing mix. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
