Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- cooked squash, well drained - 2 c
- buttered bread crumbs, seasoned with dash of pepper - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
