Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 pkg
- small grated onion - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumbs on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Add squash mixture. Cover with more bread crumbs and add generous dots of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
