Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- chopped pimiento - 2 oz
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- squash, cooked and mashed
How to make squash casserole:
Mix well. Pour into 2-quart round greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes (uncovered) or microwave on High 12 minutes. May be prepared ready to cook the day before and refrigerated outright. May also be frozen before cooked (does not freeze well after cooking).
