Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- tarragon - 1/4 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2-1/4 lb
- green onion, minced - 1 item
- Garlic pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make baked squash:
Cook squash in small amount of water until tender, drain well and mash. Combine with butter, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and other seasonings. Place in buttered casserole; top with bread crumbs and reheat when ready to serve in 350° oven until hot for 15-20 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
