Ingredients/Components
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- purple onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash, sliced - 1 item
- box Velveeta, sliced - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain well and layer with Velveeta. Place crackers and margarine on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted (30 minutes).Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
