Vidalia casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 36 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- Vidalia onions - 6 item
How to make vidalia casserole:
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam or grease with margarine. Cover bottom of pan with sliced zucchini. Cover zucchini with sliced fresh tomatoes. Cover with crushed saltine crackers. Pour melted margarine over crackers. Sprinkle with about 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
