- stick butter - 1/2 item
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- squash - 1 qt
- Topping:1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- minced onion medium - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Topping:1 sleeve Ritz crackers1/2 stick butter Cook squash and mash up. Mix with onion, mayonnaise, cheese and butter. Pour in 2-quart baking dish. Crumble Ritz and put on top. Dab butter on Ritz. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
