Ingredients/Components

  • 3 oz - 3/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 1/2
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • or 2 c
  • buttered bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm herb mix - 1 c

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash in water to cover; add 1/4 teaspoon salt if desired. Combine drained squash with soup, onion, egg and cheese. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until browned in preheated 350° oven.
